GoPanel License Agreement

This page explains the GoPanel license terms and provides a self-service lookup for delivery information.

Look up the delivery info of a purchased license by order ID (must match the browser used at checkout).

License terms (short version)

By purchasing and using GoPanel you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. If they differ from the formal agreement, the formal agreement prevails.

1. Scope of license

The license is only for lawful server management and operations, and must not be used for anything that violates laws or infringes on the rights of others.

The license type is as described by the product you purchased (subscription, perpetual license or other forms).

2. Usage restrictions

Do not reverse engineer, crack, bypass license validation, redistribute or resell GoPanel license credentials.

Do not remove or tamper with the copyright, trademark or rights notices in the product.

3. Delivery & binding

After payment succeeds, the system automatically issues delivery info (such as a license code, download URL or usage instructions).

If the license has binding rules (devices/nodes/expiry/feature scope), they are as described on the product page or in the delivery notes.

4. Refunds & risk control

Digital goods may be non-returnable once delivered, so the refund policy follows the product page and after-sales policy.

If abnormal use, license sharing/reselling or other high-risk behavior is detected, the platform may suspend the service and reserves the right to pursue liability.

5. Disclaimer

GoPanel is provided "as is". We keep improving it, but we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party service failures or configuration errors.

You are responsible for your own data backup, permission management and security hardening, and for your own use.

What if I cannot find the delivery info?

1) Make sure the order was paid successfully; unpaid orders do not show delivery info.

2) Look it up in the browser used at checkout (the system verifies the visitor ID).

3) If you are signed in, go to your account to view the order details.

Can a license code be shared?

No. The license is for the purchaser only, within the licensed scope. Sharing, reselling or publicly distributing the license code will trigger risk control.
